Our Team

After serving 20 years in the US Navy and working in the biotech industry, Martin pursued his dream of owning his own business and started Lightspeed Restoration of Santee. He's earned two master's degrees and two engineering degrees. 

On his time off, Martin serves on the board of the Notre Dame Club of San Diego and enjoys training for and participating in Ironman triathlon races. 

As the owner of the company, Martin's role involves business development and management.

As co-owners of the company, Martin and Adriana make a great team both at home and in business. Together they provide quality service to the community as well as opportunities for employment. Adriana helps with the company's communications and marketing. 

She serves as communications coordinator for several non-profit organizations, such as the Southern California Plumeria Society and four Notre Dame Alumni Clubs around the country. She also serves as a board member for the Notre Dame Club of San Diego and volunteers for Meals on Wheels. She enjoys traveling with her family. Adriana holds an engineering degree and a master's degree in business. She and Martin have two children.

Sergio is a seasoned restoration professional with a remarkable experience as a supervisor and team leader. Highly skilled and certified in various restoration disciplines, Sergio brings a wealth of expertise to any project he tackles.

Sergio's expertise encompasses a wide range of restoration tasks. He possesses in-depth knowledge of water damage mitigation, including moisture and thermal inspections, water extraction, containment construction, and drying equipment operation. Additionally, he is proficient in mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and crime scene cleanup.

Sergio prioritizes clear communication and record-keeping. He meticulously documents each project with detailed field reports and photo documentation, keeping stakeholders informed and facilitating smooth transitions to the next phase of restoration.

Sergio's certifications in Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), AHERA Supervisor, and Bio and Crime Scene Cleanup demonstrate his dedication to staying at the forefront of his field.

Jymmy is a skilled and experienced professional in the water restoration industry. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Jymmy has built a successful career helping homeowners and businesses recover from water damage.
