Omar Garcia is the proud owner of Lightspeed Restoration of Richmond.

Stephen Sanchez, Jr., or "Junior," is a Crew Lead with Lightspeed Restoration of Richmond. He has 36 years of construction experience, bringing immense knowledge and a hands-on approach to every job. His broad work background encompasses framing, demolition, painting, drywall, flooring, roofing, reconstruction, and siding, making him a versatile leader capable of handling any restoration challenge. Before joining Lightspeed Restoration, Junior was an owner and operator of J&S Construction in Kingsville, Texas, further developing his advanced knowledge of building construction and materials.

Junior is a TDLR-certified Mold Remediation Worker, and some of his notable projects include leading a crew in Florida for Hurricane Helene's water damage response and managing one of the most significant mold remediation jobs, which involved restoring an entire house. His commitment to quality and precision ensures that every project is completed efficiently and adheres to the highest standards.

During his year at Lightspeed Restoration, Junior has proved to be a dedicated and capable leader, basically living for the hustle and working with his hands. His passion for restoration is equaled only by his passion for teaching and guiding his team toward success.

In his free time, Junior loves the challenge of golf, playing billiards, watching sports, and spending quality time with his granddaughter. His huge commitment both to his work and his family is what makes him such an integral part of the Lightspeed Restoration team and a go-to source in the Richmond community.
