Phil and Lori Whitbeck is the proud owner of Lightspeed Restoration of Orange County.

Josh Whitback is the Lead Technician and Estimator at Lightspeed Restoration of Orange County, bringing more than four years of professional experience and a lifetime of industry knowledge to the team. Growing up immersed in the restoration business with his family, Josh developed a hands-on understanding of the field from an early age. This, combined with his formal training, provides him with a relatively rare advantage when tackling even the most challenging jobs in restoration.

Josh holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT) through the IICRC, ensuring that every project he oversees is executed with the highest standards of expertise and care. His role involves assessing damage, crafting detailed restoration plans, and leading teams to deliver top-tier results.

Josh is highly valued by clients and colleagues alike for his dedication, problem-solving, and effective communication throughout the restoration process. He has a passion for helping families and businesses restore their lives after a disaster and getting properties back up and running quickly and effectively.

When he is not working, Josh enjoys the outdoors, whether he is hitting the trails on his four-wheeler or carving down the slopes on his snowboard. He is also rebuilding a 1985 Ford F-150, which is a project that showcases his attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship.
